Glenfield Capital Acquires Barrett Park

Glenfield Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, today announced the acquisition of Barrett Park Drive, a Kennesaw office property, for $9 million. Bank of North Georgia provided debt for the property located in Cobb County, a northern suburb of Atlanta. The office buildings are 100% leased to two international companies.

Glenfield Capital Acquires Lake Burton Club

Glenfield Capital and its partner acquired the Lake Burton Club and immediately changed the name to its original name, Waterfall Country Club. The 234 acre property includes a 52,000 sf athletic club, a 9,803 sf lodge, an 18 hole bent grass golf course designed by Scott Pool and 78 lots. The $30 million development’s membership includes the region’s most successful individuals.
