Glenfield Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, today announced the acquisition of Barrett Park Drive, a Kennesaw office property, for $9 million. Bank of North Georgia provided debt for the property located in Cobb County, a northern suburb of Atlanta. The office buildings are 100% leased to two international companies.

The 234 acre property includes a 52,000 sf athletic club, a 9,803 sf lodge, an 18 hole bent grass golf course designed by Scott Pool and 78 lots. The $30 million development’s membership includes the region’s most successful individuals.
